This is a remote role; however, we only operate in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MI, MA, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, AND WI. The position involves processing and analyzing workforce data from health care clients derived from their Human Capital Management systems. The role includes cleaning and transforming raw data into structured formats, mapping client job data into standardized job frameworks, and supporting the integrity of a centralized client database. This work will directly support compensation consulting, workforce planning, benchmarking, and broader client deliverables.
