We are hiring an accomplished Data Analyst to work on a critical project within the national security sector. The key goals and objectives of this project are to modernize report automation processes and establish a comprehensive, efficient, and secure data management framework for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Homeland Security Statistics (OHSS). This initiative aims to enhance the quality, timeliness, and accessibility of statistical data, improve inter-agency collaboration, and support data-driven decision-making through automation, modernization, and process optimization. The desired outcomes include streamlined workflows, improved data integrity and security, expanded capabilities for data sharing, and the delivery of actionable insights to policymakers, Congress, and the public, ultimately enabling OHSS to achieve its mission of providing high-quality statistical information efficiently and effectively. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Office of Homeland Security Statistics (OHSS) by analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to modernize report automation processes and enhance database administration. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop system specifications, and ensure the successful execution of IT projects and initiatives.
