This role is crucial in contributing to the objectives and goals of the grants, which include the STEM Title III grant and the Title V MI CASA grant. The Data Analyst will work closely with faculty and staff to assist in grant planning, develop processes, prepare reports for both grant reporting and internal communication, and engage in data retrieval, analysis, presentation, and communication from diverse internal and external sources. The Data Analyst will uphold the College's Guiding Principles, actively promoting inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and ensuring equal opportunities. Some remote work may also be appropriate depending on business needs and the work cycle of the position. The role involves collaboration with other grant and college staff to collect, compile, and analyze data, recommend changes, and promote data-informed decision-making using various institutional data systems such as Banner, Cognos, Navigate, Recruit, and Evaluation Kit.
