About The Position

The Data Analyst is responsible for the development and communication of reports, insights, narratives, and visualizations related to the performance of Precision Nudging for healthcare outcomes. The Data Analyst will work closely with behavioral scientists, computer scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers to develop methods and tools that enable the derivation of insights into the efficacy of Lirio behavior change programs, patient engagement execution, and machine learning implementations. Tasking for this position includes exploratory data analysis, data model development, code development, data visualization development, and general contributions to analytics and reporting efforts. The Data Analyst is a customer-facing position and requires strong skills in the communication and interpretation of data for non-technical audiences, as well as strong data storytelling abilities to deliver compelling descriptions of Lirio Precision Nudging performance. Additionally, the Data Analyst is expected to embrace Lirio's culture of cross-team collaboration and will work closely with Lirio leadership, other data professionals at Lirio and the Lirio Growth team to shape our client-facing narratives. This role will be remote within the US with the opportunity to be hybrid if located in Tennessee. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and must reside full time in the US.
