As a full time, exempt Data Analyst with CPS, you will provide timely and accurate analytical data support for all sites within assigned Division. Expand and optimize data pipeline architecture and data collection for cross functional teams. Performs in-depth data mining and development of reporting (dashboard and scorecards) to meet the contractual obligations to both clients and vendors with regards to specialty reporting. Evaluates trends, risks, and recommends solutions or other corrective actions to maximize efficiency and profitability. Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to lead or work collaboratively with IT analytics and business development team members. Work collaboratively with Finance Analytics team to achieve common goals for the client and the company. This position reports to the Director of Specialty Data Analytics.

  • Provide timely and accurate analytical data support for all sites within assigned Division.
  • Expand and optimize data pipeline architecture and data collection for cross functional teams.
  • Perform in-depth data mining and development of reporting (dashboard and scorecards).
  • Evaluate trends, risks, and recommend solutions or corrective actions to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Lead or work collaboratively with IT analytics and business development team members.
  • Collaborate with Finance Analytics team to achieve common goals for the client and the company.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Experience building and optimizing ‘big data' data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
  • Experience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
  • Familiar with Agile software development.
  • Experience with Healthcare data systems.
  • Experience with MS Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with git version control.
  • Experience with relational SQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, etc.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence data aggregation applications: PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Specialty and Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience preferred; aptitude for acquiring strong industry knowledge.
