About The Position

As a key member of our team, you will partner with commercial teams to create and deliver Client Business Reviews, which include custom analyses, optimization recommendations, media plans, and forecasts aimed at improving performance and driving incremental revenue. You will design, manage, analyze, and communicate the results of controlled A/B tests, and create and share market trends and benchmarks to support strategic planning. Collaboration with Product Analytics will be essential to execute performance-improving initiatives, and you will influence the Product Roadmap by sharing client needs and feedback with our product and R&D teams. Additionally, you will leverage our partnership with the Global Client Operations Center to identify ways to improve efficiency through automation or delegation. You will develop expertise in a key growth area of the business, take ownership of knowledge sharing within the team, and build client-facing collateral. Troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues in time-sensitive, high-impact scenarios will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed on industry trends and advancements in AdTech, analytics, forecasting, and attribution is crucial, as is effectively communicating with teams and managers on project timelines and challenges.
