Indotronix is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in various locations including Pittsburgh (PA), Strongsville (OH), Birmingham (AL), Farmers Branch (TX), and Phoenix (AZ). This position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office and three days remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team. The role is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with a strong preference for candidates in the EST time zone. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, and occasional travel is expected, approximately 1-2 times a year. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing standards for metrics and reporting for both new and existing products and capabilities. You will identify requirements and the necessary data to build comprehensive reports, ensuring alignment with new projects and strategic initiatives. Your role will involve generating and testing hypotheses, analyzing and interpreting the results of product experiments, and understanding the Digital Identity Product data to create meaningful visualizations that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features, providing guidelines for large-scale implementation. Your responsibilities will also include pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports, building dashboards to support products, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, locating and fixing errors in reports, and training others on report creation and usage. Additionally, you will create a backlog and roadmap for future Digital Identity metrics and reporting enhancements, while analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and performance improvements for capabilities.
