Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain our ERP system to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business processes.
• Develop, modify, and maintain reports using tools such as SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Develop data collection processes and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and report/data quality.
• Filter and 'clean' data, review computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct problems with reporting.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement ERP solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform system upgrades, integrations and user training to maximize the ERP system's effectiveness.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
