A Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across the organization. From initial data collection through final reporting and presentation, the Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements. This includes statistical analysis, dashboard development, report automation, and collaboration with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and business metrics. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-2 years of analytical experience interested in collaborating with a cross-functional team.

  • Perform preliminary statistical analysis to uncover patterns and trends
  • Assist senior analysts with complex analytical projects and modeling
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and support business KPI tracking
  • Apply statistical methods to validate findings and support conclusions
  • Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI
  • Present data insights in clear, visually compelling formats for stakeholders
  • Maintain and update existing reporting frameworks and dashboards
  • Document analytical processes, methodologies, and results for future reference
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to understand data requirements
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support strategic planning and participate in project discussions
  • Gather, process, and clean data from various sources for accuracy and consistency
  • Continuously develop expertise in new data analysis tools and techniques
  • Stay current with industry trends and contribute to process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
  • Knowledge of database systems, big data technologies (Snowflake), and cloud computing platforms (AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and reports
  • Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with data validation, profiling, and quality assurance processes
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
  • Portfolio demonstrating technical skills and business impact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges and design effective solutions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Business acumen to understand how insights drive business decisions
