As a Data Analyst at Matic, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to deliver meaningful insights across our organization. We use data to set the direction of our business; this means that you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand specific business needs and provide data-backed recommendations and reporting that influence key decisions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to translate data into valuable insights for business leaders. With these skills, you will be able to help drive change within our organization that will help grow our business and shape the way insurance is sold. At Matic, we are building a data-driven culture by empowering self-service, creating impactful reporting and visualizations, and serving as data evangelists across the organization. We use tools that include SQL, Snowflake, Metabase, Tableau, GitHub, and DBT to transform data into insights, and those insights help to guide policy and business decisions at Matic.
