You will join our Data & Analytics team, which currently includes two Data Engineers, a Data Scientist, and a Director of Data Engineering. The team sits within Backstage’s Product and Engineering department — a collaborative group of high-performing engineers, designers, product managers, analysts, and QA professionals. We value curiosity, trust, and impact, and we foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement where teammates help one another grow. Our Data team supports seven businesses within TCS under a unified data strategy, delivering standardized metrics, actionable insights, and consistent reporting that empower teams to make confident, data-informed decisions. We bring both data excellence and creativity to our work — analyzing large-scale customer and event data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and understand how effectively jobs on the Backstage platform reach and engage customers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with partners across product, marketing, and data to translate insights into predictive action that improves job visibility, strengthens customer engagement, and drives growth across Backstage’s marketplace. The Data Analyst will report to Backstage’s Director of Data & Analytics.
