About The Position

We are hiring a hands-on Data Analyst to turn complex, high-volume data into clear strategies, smarter prioritization, and measurable operational improvements. You will own analytics end to end, including building trusted datasets and metrics, creating dashboards, running diagnostic and predictive analyses, and automating reporting so teams can self-serve real-time insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable reporting foundations, automate workflows, and enable self-service analytics.
  • Strong dashboarding and data storytelling skills with experience delivering executive-ready insights.
  • Practical experience with forecasting, time series analysis, cohort analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Working knowledge of experimentation and statistical concepts, including A/B testing and basic causal inference.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly, influence decisions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory or equivalents.
  • Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
  • GA4 or digital analytics experience for funnel and conversion measurement.
  • Experience building automated alerting, monitoring, or AI-enabled reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable analytical datasets and automated pipelines in a cloud data warehouse environment.
  • Write advanced SQL to extract, transform, and validate data used for reporting and analysis.
  • Define and maintain KPI logic, metric definitions, and a consistent reporting layer that teams can trust.
  • Develop dashboards and self-service reporting for executives and operational teams using modern BI tools.
  • Lead diagnostic deep dives to explain KPI and SLA changes using root-cause analysis, segmentation, cohort analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Build forecasting and scenario models to quantify tradeoffs across speed, cost, conversion, profitability, and retention.
  • Design and analyze experiments, including A/B tests, and communicate statistically sound conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reporting and insight delivery using workflow automation and AI-enabled processes where appropriate.
  • Partner cross-functionally across operations, logistics, growth, finance, and sales to translate business questions into measurable metrics and actionable recommendations.
  • Support CRM and go-to-market analytics by integrating and analyzing Salesforce data to improve funnel visibility, segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Improve data quality through monitoring, documentation, and governance standards that reduce ambiguity and rework.
