We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to drive data accuracy, validation, and actionable insights across enterprise systems. This role requires strong analytical capabilities to work with Oracle and Netezza environments, ensuring data integrity through audit checks, reconciliation, and effective data consolidation. Requirements

  • 7–9 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle and Netezza databases.
  • Strong understanding of audit requirements and data validation techniques.
  • Ability to consolidate and summarize large datasets effectively.
  • Experience in reconciliation (tie-out), data validation, and duplication detection.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Performs exploratory analysis to define project scope and build a comprehensive inventory of requirements and assets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with data quality and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data from Oracle and Netezza systems to support business decisions.
  • Perform basic audit requirements and ensure adherence to data governance and control standards.
  • Consolidate complex datasets into clear, summarized insights and reports.
  • Conduct tie-out and reconciliation processes to validate data consistency across systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity issues, including duplication detection.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
  • Document data definitions, validation rules, and audit processes.
