This position will play a hands-on role in mining, transforming, and visualizing data to deliver actionable insights. This role will focus on extracting data from enterprise sources, preparing and automating workflows, and building interactive dashboards that empower self-service analytics across multiple business use cases. You will Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data Mining: Write optimized queries to extract and manipulate data from large-scale data environments. Data Transformation: Cleanse, blend, and transform data, creating automated workflows for efficiency and scalability. Visualization: Design and develop dashboards and reports that adhere to best practices in usability, performance, and storytelling. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies to maintain integrity. Document processes, data definitions, and logic for maintainability and knowledge sharing. Support self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and providing guidance to end-users. Stay current with BI concepts and emerging technologies to continuously improve reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
  • Strong ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
  • Experience in data preparation and workflow automation (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, ETL tools).
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Working knowledge of data modeling, transformation frameworks, and analytics best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with scripting or programming for analytics.
  • Knowledge of best practices for self-service reporting and BI governance.
