About The Position

Data Analyst The Opportunity: Use your technical knowledge and analytical mindset to support client and stakeholder relationships. Research, develop, and test data met hodologies, and generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large data sets. Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations. Apply communication skills and data analytics experience by simplifying technical requirements and trends, based on audience. Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using your knowledge of databases and scripting languages such as SQL, Python, R, and VS Code. Establish quantitative and qualitative met rics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes. Apply data visualization through different formats such as Power BI and Tableau. Grow your communication and technical skills by creating data-centric solutions with our military clients. Work with us to help drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights. This position is located in Sneads Ferry, NC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience cleaning, validating, and transforming data to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Knowledge of VS Code
• Ability to analyze structured datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns
• Ability to communicate findings with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to visualize data into the data story that matches the client's objectives
• Ability to comprehend business problems, formulate questions to clarify business requirements, and leverage data to find solutions
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• CompTIA Security+ Certification

• Experience working with the SOF military community
• Experience with Palantir or Foundry
• Experience with Micro sof t PowerApps
• Knowledge of machine learning or modeling techniques and frameworks
• Possession of strong communication skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a Data field
