About The Position

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team at Centerfield! This role will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to answer business questions and support decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency. Outstanding candidates are intellectually curious, detail-oriented and passionate about developing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to reason about data discrepancies and investigate root causes.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LookML is a plus.
• Knowledge of data infrastructure (pipelines, ETL logic, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across teams to define metrics, clarify requirements, and ensure analytical outputs are clear, accurate and actionable.
• Build and maintain dashboards, validating data accuracy and aligning visualizations with underlying source tables and business logic.
• Perform quantitative analyses to identify trends, key drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse and Data Science teams on cross-functional projects, supporting data exploration and analytical requirements.
• Automate and improve reporting workflows by leveraging SQL, Excel, and BI tools, enabling more efficient, reliable, and self-service analytics.
