Special Requirements Active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust OR Top-Secret clearance required in order to be considered for this role Bachelors Degree+ 3-5 years of experience The Gist… We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst who is comfortable supporting a high-visibility project, excels in manual data analysis and possesses expert-level knowledge of PowerBI for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years of related experience
Proven experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
Expertise in PowerBI, including the ability to design complex dashboards and reports.
Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Experience with data visualization best practices.
Active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust OR Top-Secret clearance required in order to be considered for this role

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth manual data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from diverse datasets.
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Develop and implement data analysis strategies to solve complex business problems.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Utilize PowerBI, Tableau, or similar product advanced features to create dynamic, drill-down, and real-time data visualizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators.
Implement best practices in data visualization to enhance data storytelling and decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and PowerBI updates to continuously improve data visualization techniques.
Work with various data sources and integrate data from different platforms.
Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data integration where applicable.
Generate detailed reports and summaries of analysis findings for presentation to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business teams to provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations in all data-related activities.
Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain data integrity and quality.
Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and visualization solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Develop and deploy automation workflows using UiPath to streamline repetitive data processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
Build automated solutions with Power Automate to connect systems, trigger workflows, and ensure timely data movement and task execution.
Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps to enable users to interact with data, submit inputs, and streamline internal processes.
Leverage Python for advanced data analysis, scripting, and automation, including data manipulation, process optimization, and integration with external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement end-to-end solutions across UiPath, Power Platform, and Python ecosystems.
