About The Position

Analyze and profile source data from Upstream systems Collaborate with data engineers to define data mapping, transformation logic, and validation rules. Support ETL/ELT pipeline testing, data reconciliation, and defect triaging during migration waves. Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Perform root cause analysis for data issues and support resolution in coordination with DataOps and platform teams. Document data lineage, business rules, and metadata for migrated datasets. Participate in UAT cycles and support business users with data validation and sign-off. Monitor data loads, identify anomalies, and escalate issues as per SOPs. Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, SOPs, and FAQs for repeat incidents and support scenarios.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data analysis, preferably in BFSI or insurance domains.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, and data lake architecture.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend ) and orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow).
  • Experience in data profiling, reconciliation, and validation techniques.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and Regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
