Under the general supervision of HIS Management maintains the integrity of both the Document Imaging System (Onbase) as well Brown University Health 's Electronic Medical Record (Lifechart) Serves as the data integrity system coordinator and oversees daily activities associated with the medical records imaging system (Onbase ) and the Electronic Medical Record by ensuring that medical records needed for patient care, billing, administrative functions, medico legal activities and research are processed expeditiously.
