About The Position

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Data Analyst to join their data team to help drive business insights and informed decision-making. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for identifying trends and developments in data environments and presenting these findings and corrective recommendations to supervisors, senior management, and other interested parties. The schedule is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, located at 3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Ste 600, Eagan, MN 55121. A physical presence in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area 1 day in-office a week is required. The hiring range is $67,000 - $74,000/ Salary, based on qualifications, with a $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field (equivalent experience or bootcamp certification acceptable)
  • 2 or more years experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in: SQL
  • 2 or more years experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in: Excel / Google Sheets
  • 2 or more years experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in: Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • 2 or more years experience demonstrating foundational knowledge in: Basic statistical analysis and analytical thinking

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python or R
  • Familiarity with concepts such as ETL, data warehouses, and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Dashboard or portfolio project examples (GitHub, Tableau Public, Kaggle)
  • Understanding of A/B testing and/or business KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Query and analyze data involving SQL queries, csv/excel exports, or existing business intelligence (BI) reports
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
  • Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from internal and external sources
  • Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, or quality issues and recommend remediation
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Quality, IT, etc.)
  • Meet attendance and scheduling requirements as an essential function of the role
