Role Summary MetaPhase is seeking a Data Analyst with 3+ years’ work experience supporting data analytics projects focused on risk identification, analysis/assessment, and mitigation in Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience. This role will be to support a National Security agency to understand technologies and associated risks to the 16 critical infrastructure sectors, identify and analyze risks, develop methodologies to produce analytical risk products, and stakeholder engagement to share information across private industry and Federal, State and Local governments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 or more years of direct experience in supporting data analytics projects.
  • Experience in Data Management, Enterprise Data Management (EDM), Data Science, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Cleaning, Data Validation; apply and demonstrate proficiency in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Processing, Data Collection, and Requirement Gathering; and will demonstrate proficiency in analytics software (e.g., Business Intelligence, Tableau, Esri, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Experience with creating high quality deliverables using Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently; the ability to drive and own tasks are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the enhancement of analytic capability to address enterprise data challenges, including data gaps, data access, data visibility, data interoperability and data architecture.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of data strategies, data governance, and data engineering.
  • Providing planning support, including strategic planning and program management.
  • Conducting analytical writing and data visualization.
