About The Position

Your expertise will support senior management in understanding data trends and forecasting needs, making this an essential position for both internal stakeholders and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in an insurance-related field preferred.
One (1) year of experience in statistical analysis is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Snowflake, and Hex.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive, complex, and accurate information reports.
Create complex data reports for forecasting and benchmarking used by senior management.
Communicate data findings directly to senior management.
Analyze company or client-specific information needs and provide appropriate feedback.
Deliver complex data analysis to meet specific client requirements.
Act as a resource for colleagues on data analysis and benchmarking issues.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts across multiple locations.
Conduct training and education on data analysis for colleagues.
