About The Position

Do you enjoy making systems, make sense? We’re hiring a Data Analyst! At Coastline EAP/RISAS, soon to be C3 Wellbeing, data is more than numbers. It’s how we measure impact, guide decisions, and improve the lives of students, employees, and communities. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who wants their work to matter. Someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and partnering across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-organized data that supports program delivery, funder reporting, and internal decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of programs, people, and systems. It’s ideal for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys translating complex data into clear, actionable information.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data management, information systems, public administration, epidemiology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience working with data systems in education, healthcare, or human services.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL; Python is a plus.
  • Experience working with organization-wide data systems, including integrating data across programs, HR, and finance platforms.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical vendors and non-technical staff
  • Someone who prefers a hands-on role, owning reporting, documentation, and system improvement - not just analysis
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

  • Be the internal owner and steward of C3 Wellbeing’s data environment and analytics ecosystem across programs, human resources, finance, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with program staff, finance, human resources, and external vendors to translate operational needs into well-integrated, effective reporting solutions
  • Produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards that support leadership, funders, and internal teams
  • Strengthen day-to-day reporting while improving long-term system quality, governance, and compliance
  • Help move the organization away from manual workarounds toward sustainable, well-documented systems
