About The Position

The Data Analyst supports strategic and operational initiatives by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data across the organization. This role works collaboratively with clinical, operational, and financial teams to help transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision‑making.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related internship or academic project experience.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI; working knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Python experience writing efficient, scalable and testable code and a strong command of relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Exposure to database concepts and data visualization tools preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmacy environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the centralization of data by assisting with the integration of pharmacy and operational data into InsightRx, the organization’s primary data platform.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to help ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports within InsightRx to support visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, inventory, and sales.
  • Generate ad hoc and maintain recurring reports to meet departmental needs under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist with data analysis and data mining to support Summit Clinical Institute research initiatives, helping demonstrate the clinical and economic value of services.
  • Provide data support for compliance, audits, and thirdparty accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in documentation of data sources, processes, and reporting logic.
  • Learn and support the use of InsightRx dashboards and reporting tools, assisting with basic training and user support as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
