About The Position

The Data Analyst, reporting to the Director of Technology and Process Improvement, serves as the critical bridge between raw data and actionable intelligence, ensuring that data quality, integrity, and security align to support decision-making processes across the organization. This role requires a technical expert capable of managing data from CSV exports from our operation platforms, as well as querying complex relational databases to monitor trends and illuminate patterns that shape the future of our service delivery. This role will expand our data capabilities to support smarter operations, improve provider and customer experiences, and accelerate internal automation.

Requirements

  • Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is strictly required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related operational analytics function.
  • Strong SQL proficiency (joins, aggregations, window functions, and query optimization) and experience with BI tools, (Looker preferred) (Power BI or Tableau are acceptable).
  • Critical thinking, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical findings in non-technical terms.
  • Understanding of data privacy practices and laws including HIPAA required.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced Reporting & Data Analysis: Leverages expert-level Excel modeling (VBA, Power Query) and SQL database management to architect automated, multi-dimensional dashboards that transform complex operational, financial, and quality KPIs into actionable business intelligence for executive leadership.
  • Workflows & Innovation: Partners with cross-functional technical teams to design and document scalable SOPs that integrate automation and approved AI tools into human-centric processes, ensuring organizational agility and consistent operational excellence.
  • Quality, Governance & Collaboration Acts as a neutral facilitator and strategic partner to departmental leadership, converting ambiguous business needs into actionable data requirements while enforcing rigorous data integrity protocols and ensuring all reporting remains compliant with HIPAA, privacy, and security standards.
