About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and Microsoft Excel to support data-driven decision‑making and analytical reporting. The ideal candidate will bring 6–9 years of advanced-level experience in Tableau development and data analysis, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. This role will operate within the United States, supporting sourcing-stage project activities, and requires adherence to all client flow‑down terms, including a 10-year background check (BGC) requirement.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience working with Tableau at an advanced level.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis with demonstrated expertise working with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Proven experience building dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a sourcing-phase project environment.
• Must meet client flow‑down requirements, including a 10-year Background Check (BGC).
• No work will be performed outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform complex data analysis using advanced functions in Tableau and Excel.
• Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective visualizations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all analytical outputs.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes.
