About The Position

Volare Health is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to
transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic
decision-making. The ideal candidate will collect, process, visualize, and
analyze data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support
business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong skills in SQL and DAX
• Experience building data visualizations with Power BI
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
• Knowledge of financial or operational reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Power Automate

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Develop dashboards and matrix visual reports using Power BI
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs (Finance, Clinical, Ops, etc.)
• Build and maintain data models to support forecasting and performance tracking
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance standards
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
