About The Position

This is a fully remote and full-time opportunity open to candidates located across the US. The Role Support end‑to-end payroll activities for North America, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness. Review and validate data input by Analytics Team. Monitor and assist with various payroll discrepancies. Import and analyze data files from various internal/external sources. Analysis, Reporting & Reconciliation Prepare and analyze payroll reports, reconciliations, variance analyses et all. Support year‑end activities. Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using payroll data. Stakeholder & Vendor Partnership Serve as a key point of contact for payroll‑related inquiries escalated from Service Now or internal partners. Collaborate with HR, Benefits, HRIT teams to resolve complex payroll issues. Liaise with payroll vendors (e.g., ADP) to support system updates, issue resolution, and enhancements. Process Improvement & Projects Contribute to payroll standardization and improvement initiatives. Support payroll system changes, testing, and implementations, including enhancements and regulatory updates. Document payroll processes and controls to support operational consistency.
