Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Five years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid or private healthcare payer.
• Five years of experience with healthcare data including pharmacy claims.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as Python, SAS, Stata, R.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Experience summarizing and presenting complex analytic findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex analytic studies using statistical techniques on healthcare data.
• Present findings through charts, tables, and graphs for easy interpretation.
• Create and maintain efficient statistical and analytic code using tools such as Python, SAS, Stata, R.
• Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze pricing behaviors and stakeholder activities.
• Ensure quality through rigorous validation and error-checking processes.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to produce high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare presentations for team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
