Over time, they will become a subject matter expert, delivering accurate, actionable insights to enhance processes and products.

  • Must be on-site 5 days a week and be a US citizen

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and validating data sources to support business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that highlight trends, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to access and prepare data using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Business Objects.
  • Use Excel and other tools to combine and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Support the customization and integration of enterprise tools such as Navigator into workflows.
  • Provide training and documentation to help staff understand and use data visualization tools effectively.
  • Generate reports and summaries using tools such as Business Objects, Product Vision, Oracle, and Snowflake.
  • Identify and communicate data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Contribute to process and product improvement efforts by analyzing data and identifying trends or inefficiencies.
