About The Position

Nuuly is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Business Analytics team.
Nuuly’s clothing rental model relies on seamless coordination between fashion, technology, and operations. We continuously innovate how customers and inventory move across a multi-node fulfillment network to deliver the best possible customer experience. The Business Analytics team partners closely with cross-functional partners to support strategy across supply chain & logistics, buying & planning, and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline or 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, logistics, subscription services, or fashion is a plus
• Practical experience using Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for work tasks
• Understanding of prompt engineering and how to provide effective context to AI tools
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI can drive efficiency improvements

Responsibilities

• Query, analyze, and interpret data using SQL + Looker
• Work with cross functional partners to deliver insights that inform inventory, logistics, and customer strategy decisions.
• Support recurring reporting and ad hoc analytical requests for stakeholders
• Provide QA and documentation of analyses
