Learn more about CCC at www.cccis.com . The Role We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support data-driven decision making across business and product teams. In this role, you will analyze structured datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, build dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics and KPIs, support ad hoc reporting needs, and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis efficiency. Exposure to Python and a foundational understanding of data quality and governance are a plus.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles
Hands-on Working knowledge of SQL and Excel
Basic experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to explain data driven insights to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Python or notebooks for data analysis
Experience working with product, operations, or business teams
Understanding of data quality, data validation, and governance basics

Responsibilities
