About The Position

As a Data Analyst, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and marketing performance.  You’ll implement and manage analytics platforms, develop data-driven strategies, and leverage AI tools to connect marketing data across systems, uncover patterns, and automate reporting. With strong technical expertise, visualization skills, and a consultative mindset, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate both traditional and AI-powered insights into strategies that support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 1 years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on technical implementation and strategy
  • Proven experience implementing Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager)
  • Expertise in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an enterprise setting
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience in cloud databases like Google BigQuery or Snowflake

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI-Driven Insights – Utilize AI and machine learning (e.g., Google Cloud AI, BigQuery ML) to connect marketing data sources, identify predictive trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth
  • Manage Analytics Platforms – Implement and maintain Google Analytics (via GTM) and other data tools to ensure accurate, scalable tracking and integration across systems
  • Develop Data & Measurement Strategies – Create measurement frameworks and KPIs that align with business objectives, incorporating AI-driven analysis for smarter decision-making
  • Design Business Intelligence Dashboards – Build and maintain data visualizations and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
  • Optimize Experiences with Data – Partner with marketing and UX teams to drive conversion optimization and personalization through platforms
  • Enable Data-Driven Culture – Educate teams on analytics best practices, AI applications, and emerging trends to strengthen data literacy and adoption across the organization
