About The Position
The Data Analyst position at NC DHHS involves supporting the technical operations within the Provider Operations Unit, focusing on the enrollment and credentialing of NC Medicaid Providers. The role requires collaboration with business leaders to understand technology requirements and ensure the effective implementation of processes in the NCTracks system and new Provider Data Management modules. The analyst will also be responsible for data reporting and dashboarding, as well as assisting with various projects and activities as needed.
