The Business Marketing Advertising and Audiences Data and List Generation team at Infosys BPM Limited is seeking a motivated Data Engineer/Analyst to enhance our audience creation processes. This role is pivotal as we transition from traditional audience creation methods to a more dynamic approach utilizing a Customer Data Platform (CDP). The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data engineering and analysis to develop source data that will ultimately create targeted B2B audiences for various channels including Sales, Call Centers, Direct Mail, Search, and Email Distribution. In this position, you will be responsible for comprehending and implementing partner requirements, translating these needs into actionable programming tasks to deliver final products. You will design, develop, test, debug, and manage reports and campaign lists from inception to delivery. Your role will also involve defining and documenting data requirements for integration and campaign lead list creation, as well as selecting and designing data ETL processes. You will be expected to handle large and complex data sets, utilizing analytics and various data analysis techniques to predict behavior, solve business problems, and build compelling business cases. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business owners, and data analytics partners, to create reliable data sources. Additionally, you will automate data sourcing and reporting processes, writing code and developing automated flows to create visual aids such as reports, charts, and tables. The application of statistical methods to quantify data variances and improve data integrity and quality will also be a significant part of your responsibilities.
