We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team, focusing on Automotive Software and Dealership/Vehicle Issues dashboards. This position is critical in identifying service delivery concerns and planning corrective actions to resolve them. The Data Analyst will manage client relationships, which includes attending scheduled and ad hoc client meetings to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. The role requires providing responsive escalation support to address software failures and data issues that affect customer vehicles. The Data Analyst will also complete technical training, both online and hands-on, to achieve technical proficiency in the tools and systems used. A significant part of the job involves overseeing the team’s JIRA process, ensuring that tickets and cases are managed and completed in a timely manner. The analyst will monitor SSH-related dashboards and produce metrics reports that are essential for tracking team performance and providing management updates. Additionally, the Data Analyst will identify automation opportunities to enhance issue detection and resolution capabilities, collaborating with the cross-functional SSH team to devise interim containment measures and establish preventative corrective actions. The goal is to achieve all customer handling and resolution objectives while continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency in processes.
