This role involves engaging with complex data sets to derive insights that inform decision-making processes within the organization. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting highly complex data mining, statistical analysis, trend analysis, and causal analysis. You will act as a technical lead, monitoring and providing monthly contract reports and deliverables. Your role will require integrating multiple disciplines within an operations research team and translating complex methodologies into understandable language for operational managers. You will also be tasked with reviewing and implementing quality control methods on analytical products, preparing training materials for new personnel, and distilling structured and unstructured data into cohesive analytical products for various business areas. Additionally, you will support pattern analysis methods to formulate actionable recommendations based on historical and current operational data. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with at least 8 years of experience in a relevant technical field, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The role demands proficiency in tools such as Power BI, SQL, and programming languages like R or Python, along with strong data manipulation and problem-solving skills. An active Secret clearance is also required for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work involved.
