Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy, providing input on key metrics and requirements.
- Partner with data scientists to develop and visualize predictive models using the latest AI and ML techniques.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data and communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to enable informed business decision-making.
- Develop compelling data visualizations to help stakeholders understand complex data.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of methodologies, processes, data calculations and definitions.
- Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where execution is key.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
- Experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
