As a Data Analyst, you'll be part of our Industrial Global Supply Chain Team. The primary focus of this position is to support the Operational Planning activities for all the Industrial sites and Plant Leadership Teams. The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help the Operations Teams make informed decisions and improve business strategies. This role involves Data collection and preparation, Data analysis, Data visualization and reporting through various Data Models throughout the organization. Collaboration with cross functional teams will be needed to understand data sources in order to provide analytical support for operational decisions and strategies. Reporting to the Director, MPS, RCCP and NR for GSC SEF Global Industrial, this role will work with Industrial stakeholders to deliver the objectives in line with the Global Supply Chain Vision and strategic roadmap and core Business Objectives. The role demands excellent organization and interpersonal skills and requires a high degree of energy and an uncompromising approach to meeting commitments. This is a Full-time role with performance measured against defined KPI's and Targets.

  • Gather data from various sources, clean and organize it to ensure accuracy and relevance for analysis.
  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make complex data understandable for stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings for management and other departments, influencing policy and decision-making processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated capability working with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • High level of enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.
