About The Position

Data Management & Analysis Capture, analyze, and report data from all WMS systems to support key business decisions for site leadership. Structure large data sets to extract usable insights. Reporting & Visualization Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and external customers. Establish KPIs and track performance to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. Process Improvement Support Work with warehouse leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities. Provide recommendations based on analytical findings. Systems & Automation Optimize and automate data collection methods. Design and maintain data systems and databases; serve as the SME for current WMS platforms (Oracle, ASC Trac, HighJump). Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, solve problems, and ensure data accuracy. Work Environment Warehouse and office environment with activity typical of logistics and distribution operations. Role may require occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Requires ability to manage tight deadlines, unexpected situations, and multiple priorities. Days and Shift Information Schedule may vary based on business needs; position requires flexibility and availability to support operations across multiple shifts.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or a related field required.
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word).
Technical proficiency in database design, data modeling, mining, and segmentation.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Oracle, DAX, and C++.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems, including Oracle, ASC Trac, and HighJump.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors.
Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.
High resilience under stress and tight deadlines.
Willingness to work cross-functionally and support a team-driven environment.
