Role Summary: The Data Analyst, User & Content Insights focuses on uncovering relationships between user behavior, content metadata, and engagement needs across Internet Brands’ platforms. This role analyzes patterns in how users discover, consume, and engage with content to inform personalization strategies, content development, and ontology design. You will partner closely with ontology, behavioral analytics, product, and ML teams to translate empirical insights into actionable recommendations. This role emphasizes exploratory analysis, pattern discovery, and clear storytelling to support smarter content-driven personalization. This role will be based in our El Segundo, CA office.
