The Data Analyst - Technical - Senior position at SelectHealth involves advanced data analysis, report generation, cloud service management, data collection and cleaning, quality assurance, performance metrics tracking, regulatory reporting, project management, stakeholder collaboration, mentorship, and documentation.   • Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Design and develop predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of predictive models in production.
  • Create report templates and automated/self-service reports.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional resources to design and implement analytic tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze pharmacy data.
  • Generate reports to communicate key insights to pharmacy staff and management.
  • Implement and perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage pharmacy data analysis projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for junior analysts.
  • Document work and projects per enterprise-wide standards.
  • Master's degree or equivalent foreign education in Business Analytics, Information System, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL, including complex joins and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, including database designing and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of descriptive and predictive data analysis.
  • Knowledge of data visualizations including charts and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Platform and Microsoft Power Automation.
  • Knowledge of scaled agile teams (SAFe®) product and project management.
  • Knowledge of processing PHI and PII data.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
