Role Overview As a Data Analyst, you’ll work on 2–5-person project teams to design and manage complex data workflows. You’ll build and maintain ETL pipelines, ensure data integrity, automate processes, and deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics tailored to client needs. You’ll translate data into clear, actionable insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in a data operations or analytics role
  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, for analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Passion for problem-solving and working with data
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and maintain well-documented data processes
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities
  • Interest in managing large data environments and reporting processes (for tenured applicants, experience is strongly preferred)
  • Interest in developing and managing ETL pipelines with a strong focus on data integrity and quality control (for tenured applicants, experience is strongly preferred)
  • Passion for presenting data in a compelling way that tells a clear story

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to frontend web development technologies like React, or Node.js
  • Experience working on projects in the TMT (Technology, Media, & Telecommunications) industry
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), Databricks, and/or Snowflake
  • Exposure to data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and/or QGIS
  • Ability to produce and present client-ready, executive-level deliverables
