Summary of Position You will be a key contributor to transforming HR data capabilities by automating manual processes, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and other functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and enjoys building scalable data solutions from the ground up.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday (WD) analytics and metrics modules
  • Automate manual HR data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional leaders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems
  • Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
  • Tell compelling stories with data to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives
  • Support ad hoc data projects and initiatives under the HR umbrella
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data and proprietary information
  • Actively participate in team collaboration, idea exchange, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Take initiative to schedule meetings with stakeholders, transition ideas into project plans, and build scalable solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in building dashboards, automating processes, and working with HR data
  • Understanding of HR business processes and data structures
  • Experience with Workday analytics and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
