About The Position
Within Vanguard's CDAO (Chief Data & Analytics Office), we are hiring a Data Analyst, Specialist that will support the BI and Data Insights efforts for the GR&S (Global Risk & Security) division focusing on building BI products and conducting analyses that help our leaders make risk-smart decisions. You will be building and managing tableau dashboards in support of GR&S's sub-divisional teams (Enterprise Resiliency Office, Enterprise Risk Management or Fraud). You will act as a bridge between the business partners and an affiliated engineering team (data engineers, data architects); understanding business needs, providing requirements to the engineering team to enable you to develop dynamic visualizations to help GR&S make risk-aware decisions. In addition to this, you will be able to participate in a wide range of ad hoc analytics and tableau development projects. You will have a lot of visibility within Risk and IT divisions, and access to learning and growth opportunities. This is a fun and dynamic team that is responsible for a wide range of analytics that enable risk leadership (including the Chief Risk Officer), and CDAO leadership; and other leaders across Vanguard to make risk-aware decisions.
