Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in a data role.
  • Expert knowledge in SQL and familiarity with Google Analytics or DataDog.
  • Demonstrated dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience in agile software development on cross-functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across team structures.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguous requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to analyze and manipulate large data sets.
  • Deliver data analytics methodologies with minimal guidance.
  • Manage team working sessions to maintain high-quality data and reporting.
  • Collaborate with program teams and mentor junior members.
  • Communicate data analytics issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify risks associated with data processes and communicate with leadership.
  • Participate in technical interviews and grading of candidates.
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex program challenges.
