Heyday Health is hiring a data analyst to join our start up team! We're building a platform to help seniors access world-class primary care through home and virtual visits, and we’re passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences and care. We are a virtual-first practice dedicated to improving the primary care experience for Medicare & Dually Eligible individuals as well as our providers. We founded Heyday Health because we saw the health system leaving our elderly loved ones behind and were driven to create a better solution. Our practice is being built from the ground up with the mission of transforming how, where, and when we deliver care to achieve exceptional outcomes. As a Data Analyst at Heyday Health, you will be responsible for analyzing clinical, claims, and operational data to drive actionable insights that improve patient care and reduce healthcare costs. You will play a critical role in measuring performance, identifying care gaps, supporting risk adjustment strategies, and informing decision-making for clinical and executive leadership.
