About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions across the organization. You will design, manage, and enhance reporting infrastructure, automating dashboards and reports to support leadership, operations, and clinical teams. Working with cloud-based data warehouses and analytics tools, you will translate complex datasets into clear, visual insights that guide business performance. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python for analysis, automation, or scripting tasks.
  • Advanced Tableau skills, capable of building complex, interactive dashboards and managing multiple data sources.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Amazon S3, Redshift, or Snowflake.
  • Strong communication skills to translate data insights into business recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and clarity.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-unit or multi-department environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, automate, and scale reports and dashboards using cloud-based data sources.
  • Manage the Tableau ecosystem, including dashboard creation, data source administration, and governance.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets.
  • Utilize Python for data wrangling, automation, and exploratory analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Support reporting for operations, marketing, strategy, and finance teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Document data definitions, processes, and technical solutions for team knowledge-sharing.
