Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/analytics tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, pharmacy technology, Python, R, or prior startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and perform internal data analysis across Product, Implementation, Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Sigma, Looker, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Analyze operational metrics, customer behavior, payments flow, and product usage to inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement metrics tracking for new features.
• Support executive leadership with ad hoc reports and data-backed insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and cleanliness across all internal tools and datasets.
• Develop processes and documentation to enable self-service data access as the organization scales.
