About The Position

As a Data Analyst, you will manage and analyze complex datasets, create dashboards and visualizations, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. You will collaborate closely with leadership and external partners to measure program effectiveness and optimize initiatives. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with political, non-profit, or similar data systems.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (Hex, Looker Studio, Mapbox).
  • Advanced SQL skills, preferably with experience in BigQuery, including complex queries and data management.
  • Experience managing CRM systems, especially Action Builder.
  • Knowledge of data processing tools and programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technical skills and adapting to evolving tools and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support programmatic efforts and partner initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create research products, datasets, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support measurement, learning, and evaluation frameworks by tracking key metrics and reporting on program impact.
  • Assist partners in data management tasks, including cleaning, importing, matching, and enhancing datasets.
  • Analyze and maintain large datasets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and usability.
  • Perform database management functions, including regular maintenance and user support for CRM systems.
  • Provide data support for research projects and contribute to public-facing communications.
  • Serve as a thought partner in strategic planning and long-term projects, performing other duties as needed.
